Noticed this just yesterday. The chrome over the inside door handle on the passenger side has some bubbles in it that just appeared. No idea why, except that it was balls hot yesterday and the car spent all day in the sun. Best way to remove them? Or should I just replace?

Haven't seen anybody who carries these yet...

You can thank Ford for plastichrome plating plastic parts... but yeah replace it or get someone to stitch up a nice fitted leather cover perhaps

That happened to mine as well. It was replaced under warranty.
Looks like that's my only option, as I can't even *find* the part elsewhere. Otherwise I'd probably just buy it and do it myself. Scheduling warranty service is a pain in the ass.

That sucks. Not sure if you do or not but I'd assume having a shield in the front and some tints would help as I doubt it's just a heat issue. Sounds more like the sun went through a window in that one spot and cooked the hell out of it for that to happen.
