Yes it don't fit. As of right now I've used heat tape to keep them together. Need to find a big enough hose/tubing to connect the two with some sort of clamps or could also do the drilling and zip ties method. It's a weird irregular shape so it's going to be rough trying to get a perfect seal but will find a way.iwas having issues fitting the gt350 snorkel to the factory duct.any pics?
In order to fit the GT350 snorkel to the GT duct, you have to cut 2 slits in the GT duct as shown here http://cdn1.bigcommerce.com/server4...tment_mod__71127.1460385009.1200.1200.jpg?c=2iwas having issues fitting the gt350 snorkel to the factory duct.any pics?
I'm thinking it might increase temp, due to creating a big gap between the box seal and the hood.does removing the hood insulator lower IAT's?
I've done this exact thing. It's a bitch to get your arm in there....but for sure help bring the IATs down when I get moving!I was actually looking at this the other day, except instead of using a hole in the underbelly pan I would use the foglight hole. In the same thought process as the brake cooling ducts from the fogs to the rotors, you can run that up to the air box.
Did that.. no difference that i noticed.does removing the hood insulator lower IAT's?
What’s the head cooling mod?Gibbo205, was wondering if you looked at the Head Cooling Mod? There are a few kits out there and a DIY.
An unnecessary mod..What’s the head cooling mod?
