I didn't mean you, YOU. I meant, "That's what you see when using the Fordpass app on A phone."

If your Fordpass is set up correctly and associated with your car: On the main page, click "Message Center". You'll see messages for any Power-Up update that has been applied since you set up Fordpass and connected your Mustang.
More good information! Thanks.

However, when I look at my message center, all I see is My tier status and that I finally got my points for buying the car. Nothing about updates!

Again, not really.

There are a few minor issues I am having with my car that are "intermittent". These are all under software/hardware control. If they don't get fixed soon, I'll probably talk to the dealer and put in a request in this forum to get this bug fixed.
If I know what updates have been done and what fixes have been implement, I am more in the loop.
What, exactly, are you wanting them to "get fixed soon"?

Then you have not received any complete Power-Up updates since you added the Mustang to your FordPass account. Those get sent AFTER each one is successfully applied,

I have had the car and FordPass fully setup and connected since April 4th.

I picked up my car on 3/12. I added it to my existing FordPass account then. I still haven't received a single Power-Up update. As I stated in other messages, it could be weeks (or longer) before you get something OTA that someone else got yesterday.

I'm specifically asking what it is that's broken that you want fixed?
I have "Ease of Entry/Exit" enabled. I also have a custom seat configuration memorized on button "1".
About 50% of the time when I start the car, the seat does not move to the saved number "1" position. I have to hit the button. When I shut off the car, the seat pulls back - every time.
As I mentioned it's minor and it's intermittent.

So 6.3.2 was NOT considered a "Power-Up Update"?

When you take it in, they will try to recreate or confirm the issue. If they can/do, and if they fix involves updating the firmware for the DSM (driver's seat module), they will update the DSM firmware ONLY.

They will NOT apply any other module firmware updates that may very well be outstanding that are NOT related to the repair. They will ONLY update firmware for a module that is being repaired or addressed that they are getting paid to update (either under warranty or you paying for a repair).

They WON'T update ALL the firmware that may very well be part of a Power-Up update, even if the DSM firmware is part of that Power-Up update.

Just helping you set expectations.

It is. But it has not been sent to my vehicle by the Ford servers.

I have received it as I have the new gauges!
Cool. There's been another one since then, too: 6.4.0.

Keep in mind that firmware updates for specific modules are releases all the time, and they may not be part of a specific Power-Up update.

Apparently, that's the issue.

That's a possibility, yes, but not every problem is fixed by updating module firmware.
