You right. I fat fingered on my phone reply. I was trying to say 700. My actual SAE was 707. Sorry for the confusion
Thats a happy dyno. Lol. Good Luck on more hp. I agree on suspension mods. Keeps my car planted.

Very sound advice. Don't think it's worth the risk. I just want to max out as much as I can without the hassle of finding e85 all the time. My son rides around with two 5 gallon jugs in his trunk. Not gonna do that. Lol
Iā€™m at 830 whp on e 85. Getting 9 mpg 106 miles to empty

A big factor is auto or manual transmission. On 93 with boostane 700-720 whp is what you should see through a manual

Jesus, i thought i was bad at 17 mpg on 93 šŸ˜‚ 200 to empty. But i also do a ton of highway, but also drive super hard for street

If your getting 17mpg you'll get more than 200 miles per tank. If your actually only getting 200 miles per tank then you sure aren't getting 17mpgs! šŸ¤£

Back to the original question though:
I've seen data showing 9.5psi at 7500 on the 120
I've seen data showing 13psi at 7500 on the 110
The 115 seems to be a fairly uncommon pulley, or at least to me/from what I've seen posted.
But simple math would suggest that the resulting pressure level at 7500 should be around 11.25psi
People usually just dive deep down the rabbit hole and to 120, 110, 100 and then go turbo lol.

So the bottom line is: how good is your pump gas, and how much boostane will you put in and how much knock resistance will it provide? Impossible to say definitively, but hopefully someone will respond with a similar setup.

115 gen2 motor is equivalent to 120 on a gen3, then people go to 110 or smaller for e85. Good 93 from shell is good enough on its own for these pullys, i have gen3 with 120 pully. My setup pulls around 11psi at cold temps, but psi at 7500 will vary largely from intake, exhaust setups, elevation, and temperature so its not easy to compare apples to apples.
Boostane is good but it has its issues, fouls o2 sensors and spark plugs after almost a year so its not the worlds best solution
