Stupid, STUPID Price.
Maybe, but they move a lot of these cars so they obviously know the market. They just sold a CFTP that was pretty low miles for around $115k a few weeks ago.

That’s the least rare color that year.
32% of all GT500’s were made that color in 2022.
Yeah that’s what made me laugh. He’s definitely using it as a sales pitch and there’s a good chunk of people that wouldn’t know that it was the most produced color for the 2022 500’s. It’s a nice color but not in my top 5.

Pretty sure thats a scam.
It’s NO scam! I called the number listed, and spoke to a guy with a thick accent named Bob. Apparently has a cousin named Steve. They must be busy, cuz I heard plenty of folks in the background, including cousin Steve, talking to people on phones. Bob said the car was still available, but has plenty of interest. He said he could hold the car for a $2500.00 deposit. He graciously said he would handle the money transfer for the deposit if I simply gave him my a credit card. He also said he would deposit the $2500 back into my back account if I provided my banking info. He will deposit it for me… that’s customer service right there…!
Looks like I’m getting a “Heritage CFTP”…!!!

Theirs always someone who doesn't care about wasting money. Those are the people you could convience to Buy a 2024 $10 bills for $100, telling them they are so new they are more valuable than an old and dirty 2010 $10 bill. Lol

Or, their disposable income is at a level it doesn’t matter to them. Or they see a value in something others don’t or miss. Either way, generally speaking people don’t get to that level making bad financial decisions.

While I can’t prove this but I would imagine that many people who would shun a person buying that car are the same type who have a $2500 TV when a $750 one would work just as well, or bought a Mach 1 when they could’ve enjoyed an EcoBoost for a lot less money.
What someone else does with their funds is the last thing I have any concern over unless it’s directly impacting my life.

Value has different meaning to different people. Obviously there was a market for that car at that price. I wouldn’t say it’s wasting money, whoever bought it clearly saw the value for what they wanted so they paid it. Like I said previously, this dealer sells a lot of these cars so they know the market well. More than I could spend but if I had the funds I wouldn’t have hesitated on that one.
