That article sounds like it may have been the GT350. References to a flat plane crank and lots of catastrophic failure motors. Sounds like the many motors ford melted down with the R&D process of making the 5.2 FPC in the GT350.

Maybe the ttv6 is going to be the Mach 1 ive been waiting for! Heard its coming but havent heard for a while about a Mach 1.

I'm guessing ecoboost v8 (as opposed to a 6 banger) @ "over 800 hp"

Supercharging is so last gen.

The gt500 will make more hp per lb of boost with turbo due to efficiency. And it's not that small a difference in power.

Remember these spotted last year? Of course, they could be nothing more than GT350 mules with additional hood padding. But why? As far as I'm aware, this was the only time such mules were spotted with such bulky hoods :shrug:

Try to match that plate number with a GT350 Prototype. I doubt plates would switch from model to model.

The plate is registered until Feb 2017. I need to double check but, I think GT350's expire next Feb.

Or at least the first test group does...

They shouldn't need a 2017 registration for the GT350. The Trinity GT500's expired the year they were released, 2013...

No, thePill is moving onto the GT500 and LT4 Camaro. The GT350 is the clear winner, the thread has been closed.



The Z06 just FLOPPED at Laguna Seca. Ran a 1:38.6... Major engine issues...



I certainly would not put my faith into an LT4 Camaro.

They need to get over to the Ring before we speculate into that. I'm hoping they catch a "questionable Mustang" over there soon.
