Im currently running long tubes to 3" MBRP street (3" all the way through), JLT CAI, and Lund flex fuel tune (NGauge).
I was thinking of getting the GT350 manifold and throttle body, but i see that if i wanna still run e85 ill need new injectors.
My question is can i run stock injectors on 93 octane with the GT350 manifold?
I know the simple answer is to upgrade injectors. But $$$
It seems that the gains from the GT350 manifold on 93 octane may be similar to running my current e85 set up, and if that's the case its a wash.

Simple answer no, Lund wants you to run the 47 injectors.

Pretty sure the injectors are the same as 11-14 cars but the fuel pump is better and can support a little more when running e85. 11-14 cars couldn't really do any mods other than being stock to run e85 with stock injectors.

The peak numbers might be close with e85 on the stock intake mani vs the GT350 on 93 but the power you make over 5K on the GT350 is what separates the 2 manifolds... so it is not even remotely a wash.

Bottomline the car will be faster with the GT350 intake manifold even if you run 93 octane fuel... that being said 47lb injectors are only about 250 - 270 for the set and can be installed in less then 10 minutes.

So I would do the GT350 intake manifold now and when you have the money for the injectors just get a set and pop them in it really is that easy...

If you enjoy your car on the street and find yourself mainly under 6000rpm, don't bother as the GT 350 manifold gains are all after 6000rpm and in some cases it can lose torque lower down.

If you love revving your engine and are happy to increase the rev limit to around 7500rpm then the gains are huge with the 350 intake of upto around 50WHP at around 7000-7500rpm compared to the stock intake.

Just spoke to Lund and I think ill go GT350 manifold with stock throttle body (MMR adapter) and LU47 injectors.

I'd advice the same, I struggle to see how the throttle body gives any advantage, all I can see it doing is making the throttle more laggy due to air speed being slower.

When I fitted GT3 throttlebody to my 911, I could hardly tell the difference in power or throttle. On the dyno it made 2WHP, yes 2WHP.

I'd love a company like JDM, Lund to actually do a few dyno's to show the different setups because so far the 350 throttlebody just seems to cause more negatives than positives.

Yeah we can run e85 on stock injectors, been doing it for a month or so.

This is good to know. Thanks. I was planning to go with the GT350 manifold. But I am rarely at 7000 rpm. My car is a DD.
