Anyone install this and have an issue with the engine side hose being too long? Note the crimped bend?

Until I can get out to check, I remember that like most people here I had to invert one hose. Can't remember if it was driver or passenger though.

Edit. It was passenger.

Inverting does look better. Still slightly nervous about airflow thru this bend:

Indeed. I have the FP passanger side as well, was my first mod, and I have had zero issue so far. Did the exact same thing.

Thanks for the picture of the inverted hose on the passenger side. I did mine today, and that works better!

I wouldn't be concerned. That hose is on the vacuum side of the intake; a large percentage of the time, it will be sucking like a....

Do you guys that have these catch cans have to remove the whole assembly and remove the screw fasteners? Why not go with a traditional version like JLT where you just unscrew the Can from the bottom while leaving the hoses intact?

I went with the FP ones because they look stock. The hoses are quick release on both ends, you just release the hoses from the can, pull the can out and dump it out the side.
