I would assume the 25's are up front and the 23's in the rear?25mm in the rear actually looks to be illegal here as the tyre seems to be protruding out from the fender

FYI, I just measured the height of the rear mud flap thingy on the rocker on my stock car and it measures roughly 13cm so lowering with the eibach sport might be to much and the pro kit might just be alright for our inspection...
It used to be, for older generations of Mustang at least. However the new one has so much more track width in the rear (plus the wider OEM wheels with 275 tires) that it actually needs less widening than the front. You can also see that on your own car, if you look closely you'll see that the front wheels sit slightly deeper in the wheel wells.so you have larger spacers in the front than in the rear... isn't that usually the other way around? (i.e. wider stance in the rear?)
