So I've read that 47lb injectors are a recommended minimum for E85. Would I be hurting myself to jump to 52 lb with no power adders or other mods?

Wrong forum, but no those should be fine. I'd ask your tuner to make sure as their opinion is the only one that really matters.

It was your sub-conscience telling you F&%$ bolt on NA mods and order ID1000's, a fore triple pump setup and Boostworks twin turbo kit.

Lund says stock injectors are fine for e85 as long as you have the stock intake manifold. They recommend bigger injectors for e85 if you have an upgraded intake manifold.

This.
If you go GT350/CJ, grab LU47 injectors. I even recommend them with headers, just better to stay safe.

I had this discussion with Lund a while back. I asked specifically about ID1050x's (CJIM shortly). The response was that they should be able to get it dialled in.
I didn't like the "should" part so opted to go the LU47s and just sell them with the IM when the FI kit happens one day.
Yes, I''m looking at you Travis@boostworks!

ID's would be way way way overkill until you go boosted.

NA you don't need injectors without a manifold upgrade if you plan on adding a blow or later I would go straight for the ID1050
