Not 100% sure but from the other pics ive seen the material looks to be a lighter shade and thicker.

Yeah... but what is this new feature called soft rollover?? Is it soft padding on the interior door panel or something? I'm also lost on what this thing is actually is.

You know when you throw your arm up and rest it on the "sill" of the widow opening. There is a padding there so your elbows down hurt if you keep your arm up there a while.
If anything the base should have it. Need to keep the window open with breese blowing the arm pits dry

I've actually thought about having an upholstery shop cover that area in alcatara for me...that would be nice.
beyond the soft rollover...that car is now up to $122k and climbing! I drove mine to work today. It's getting harder and harder to rationalize keeping mine. But I love it. But I could have 3 other cool cars for that price. But I love it.
