i am looking for an x pipe that results in a deeper sound with the stock exhaust?

I know an H pipe tend to do this but I also see variations to the sounds in H and X pipes.

I prefer to have the results found with an X pipe more than I want the sound of an H pipe.

Please post links to videos if possible. It would be great if they compared stock resonator to X pipe on stock.

Ive seen very small variations in H pipes due to where the crossover is located. In an X pipe I dont believe this is possible, atleast to the human ear to distinguish

you can try our technique in modding your existing exhaust. nice deep sound v8 boat like rumble and it looks 100% stock. best part at cruising speeds you will forget its there.

I have the ford performance x pipe and love it. Not raspy at all.

All X pipes are going to sound nearly identical, only exceptions maybe being “double helix” X pipes. I know Corsa makes one.

So what you guys are telling me is that a Flowmaster Savenger X pipe sounds the same as a Borla Switchfire X pipe which is the same as the Corsa Double Helix X pipe?
Add in a classical x pipe with a small cross over like the Pypes x pipe or a wider crossover like in the Rousch or Ford Performance x pipes.

These are very different ways to still have an x pipe. I am sure where you place the crossover makes a difference.

And you are saying they all sound the same?

Im going to say they all will sound very close to identical except the wad of pipes borla welded together for a high price. The double x will have a little different sound but that was already stated earlier

Make it a xXx, then call it corsa does debbie, cause really if you buy a double x, you'll get screwed just the same.
