Half of a O ring, epoxy.

Frees up OEM compartment for other stuff. Steering wheel is all the way out and all the way down(the way I always have it). Right leg does not hit glasses getting in and out or while driving.

Pretty sure my knee would be hitting that constantly. My right knee is always leaning against either the center stack or the steering wheel.

why not a clip to the visor. Why damage a brand new ~30k car, makes zero sense. Even if you can pull that off itll cause damage to the column trim and it looks like junk on a brand new car- something you would rig on a 1980's beater.

What could you possibly need that slot for that the 2 other glove boxes cannot hold

There's plenty of room on the left side of the column for some urban engineering.

I put them around neck. Or in cup holder
I haven't actually used sunglasses in this car -- I almost never drive during daylight -- but if I did I'd probably put them in the glove box or the sunglass holder.

Dunno. Any "damage" would be minimal. Downside is I'll never be able to resell it now.;)

if this was on the outside, it might be considered "rice". LOL.
