I bought and used the above product and it DOES work on really cleaning the sloped rear window in the S550 fastback. I was able to get it all the way down into the corners where the rear deck meets the glass.Just a heads up, Wally-World has a window cleaning kit on sale for $12.88.
Just apply even pressure on it to the glass and use a really good quality glass cleaner.
Personally I just started using the Griots Garage spray on foaming glass cleaner (can be bought at AutoZone for $5.99). It's true what the label and catalog claims say - their cleaner does not leave any streaks at all. I looked as hard as I could in all different angles, under different lighting conditions and could not see any streaks on any of my glass where I used the product. Definitely be using the product for years to come!
Best way to see where streaks occur:
Clean outside glass vertically.
Clean inside glass horizontally.
If there are streaks, you'll be able to instantly tell if the streaks are interior vs exterior.
