December 2013 Mustang Sales (and vs. Camaro & Challenger)

Buying a car is not an easy decision and many buyers are simply looking for a car at the moment they are buying. Their main reasons to buy a car are many but hardly anyone waits because a new car is coming later in the near future. If that was the case no one will ever buy a car. If I was in the market for a new car for lets say 40k. My options will be simple, a 2013-14 Mustang 5.0 wel equiped, an SRT8 perhaps used or a Camaro SS. Most likely I will go with the 13 Mustang GT. Since I am not currently on the market and I already have a 5.0 premium with the track pack, I will probably be in the market for another car in 5 years or so. At which point I will be looking at the S550 hopefully the svt or shelby model

Also, while you blue oval fanatics cherish the fact that the Mustang outsells the Camaro, I would like to point out, that since the release of the 5th gen, Mustang sales have been cut in half. The other half went Camaro it seems.
Makes sense, since it cathers the same audience.
