I'm so with you. My wife has wanted a G-wagon for years. There is a Mercedes dealership within blocks from me. Went in a few years ago and told them i'd pay MSRP on the spot. NOPE. Wanted 30K ADM. I laughed and walked out. Same salesman has texted or called me every 4-5 months since asking if I'm interested in their "newly arrived G-wagon." EVERY damn time I say, "remember, I don't do ADM's. No reason to ever contact me again on anything with an ADM." he wont stop. BTW, I've bout a c-class for MSRP there before. THey know me. I treat several of the staff in my clinic. jerks!
Surely if you can charge 10x for people who pay cash instead of insurance billing for a procedure, you can figure out a way to charge them +30 Adjusted Diagnostic Measures when they want your services.
