At least once a day, I'll go WOT(stock car speeds). Nobody bought something with so much horsepower to poke around in unless you are an older guy with a Corvette.

My daily drive back and forth to the office is flat and mostly straight and I have no where to go for what I would call "spirited" driving (turns and elevation changes), but my car is still fun enough pulling away from red lights going through the gears up to 60-75mph that I don't mind. I put it in Sport+ mode at least once a week and give it more hell but I pick my spots because I'd eventually get a ticket if I drove it in Sport+ all the time haha.
As far as certain circumstances, I have at least one where I really give it the beans. There's a long sweeping on-ramp that's slightly inclined on my route that I like to have fun on. If nobody is in front of me, I'll downshift into 3rd and hit it at around 50mph and bring it up to around 100 before slowing down and merging onto the freeway. Love it.

My track driving is "spirited". Not much in my street driving ever gets very close to that.
But there aren't many people I hold up up going through the corners, either, and it doesn't seem to matter which car I'm driving.

Very seldom do I get the chance. The damn traffic in my little spot in the world is the reason. Never, never, if you can help it live near a big city.

UGH! 
I was driving home from work and not even 1 mile out I ran over something at 40 mph and blew a tire on maybe 3 month old tires. I know this is not related to the topic at hand, but when I order my mustang you can be sure I will be ordering the optional spare!
