My car is finally at the train yard not even 30 minutes from my dealer. The fleet sales manager marked it as "HOT!!" so I was told it could be here today or tomorrow.

I am pretty excited that it's close but I have to say it definitely sucks knowing that my car isn't even an hour away and I have to wait... LAAAAAAAAMMMMEEEE!!!

My pony, finally
Mine was built Nov. 10th and already was delivered to New Jersey (thanks to Rachel for to info). Now I'll have to wait until the exportation/importation time passes -wich will be a pain in the ass 'cause there's no way to track it-.

Fingers crossed that I will get it before Dec. 24th :(:(:(

Another quick update. EDD moved up a day this morning to 12/22. Dealer claimed the car was on a Burlington Northern train in Kansas on Thursday morning. About a week to go.

Delivered - finally! Arrived at the dealership Tuesday 12/16 and signed papers this morning.

No paint blemishes or panel alignment issues. All the electronics I've tried work as advertised. Left the dealership in a fairly strong drizzle (rain in Tucson - must be freezing in hell today) and the wet mode is very drivable. Been driving manual transmission cars for several decades and this clutch takes a bit of learning - can't engage it as quickly as my 2003 Eclipse and it seems a bit vague as to the engagement point. Hopefully I will get used to it or it will become more predictable with time. Haven't noticed the neutral to first or first to second "clunk" yet that others are reporting but haven't tried running through the gears in anger yet.

Pictures later. So far, the seven month wait is worth it!

BTW, if anyone in AZ is looking for an LE, Oracle Ford has a Kona Blue for $20K ADM on site (forgot to check transmission type). I believe the serial number is 1019 (or close to that). The LE was actually the first 2015 Mustang this dealership received. My GT was the second.
