Do you have working A/C as well? I'm guessing that the evaporator unit is the same regardless of engine, but that the compressor is different...also the condenser unit (behind the radiator)?...probably required the right A/C hoses, too...

So reading a while back there are you saying you swapped the Body harness (behind the dash, not rearward) to the engine bay, engine bay harness (obviously) and ECU but you possibly could have left the EBM body harness in and just done the engine bay, ECU and reprogram?

Or did you have to do the dash harness. Also as far as the reprogram this was to add your vin# to the new ECU and what else?

Every inch of wiring was swapped with ecu and bcm. I will be putting together a list of needs soon. I was saying it might be possible to only swap engine bay harness and pcm , then reprogrAm abs,bcm and cluster but not 100% on that.

Yea reprogramming of modules and keys is where I'm lost.. As long as I can get enough for stock parts I should be able to handle the rest.

find someone on the side with ids or go to the dealer when ur done for a reprogram . The hardest part for me was picking apart a perfectly good 5k car to its bones and hoping it was gonna fire up when i was done !

Lots of people will tell u its not worth it and trade in , that may be when youre keyboard cant swap it for you ! Anyone with basic knowledge and the right parts can do this and make it run. Im working on the list but dont want to post it yet , i want more drive time in the car but so far its fantastic !!

Does this void the warranty ?

:)

I'd almost pay to see a video of you taking this to a dealer and saying you think something is wrong with your turbo.
