Was called last week on Wednesday that they had a loaner to give me in order to address:
1) seat cooling TSB
2) wrinkled leather
3) notch cut into leather seat from seat belt strap being used
4) recall for heat shielding
I was not able to bring it in on Thursday or Friday for that matter. Call today to make sure it's ok to bring tomorrow (Tuesday).
Find out my service advisor is no longer working there. Of course, no loaner to give me either. No estimate on time to call me back to set it up again.
They'll call me.
