Cooled seats not cooling

Was called last week on Wednesday that they had a loaner to give me in order to address:
1) seat cooling TSB
2) wrinkled leather
3) notch cut into leather seat from seat belt strap being used
4) recall for heat shielding

I was not able to bring it in on Thursday or Friday for that matter. Call today to make sure it's ok to bring tomorrow (Tuesday).
Find out my service advisor is no longer working there. Of course, no loaner to give me either. No estimate on time to call me back to set it up again.
They'll call me.
*sigh* Here we go again.

Apparently, Ford just updated the corresponding F-150 TSB from TSB 15-0140 to TSB 15-0154. Supposedly, they removed some of the weasel language that dealers read as requiring them to observe/measure a lack of performance.

I got my seat issues fixed last week and it feels like there was no improvement at all.. I also brought it in for the rattling near the light switch. Turns out there was already felt tape (even though it rattles like crazy), they also were able to make the whole dash rattle instead of just fixing the one spot that was rattling!

Some of us are seeing wrinkles in the seat bottoms as if the seat has been broken in for 100K miles. I don't know what it is, other than it looking like the seat cover looks too big for the seat.

No improvement at all. I have bubbles in my seats but I'm not bringing my car in because ford will have it for 2+ weeks most likely. Ford needs to step their game up

Glad I didn't rush to the dealer to have this done for no reason. Looks like all that actually happens for people was getting their interior scratched.

I Also just came from the dealership because my car was having this TSB performed and like others no improvement. In fact I feel like the air flow is a little less than before. GO FORD

Exactly, before I would actually be able to feel the cool air on the seat bottoms where as to now I don't feel anything from the bottom nor tops :doh:

I am scheduled to have the TSB done Thursday. Sounds like I need to cancel that.
