So I'm in the market for a Chevelle SS. The SS trims came with hood pins, which I think are cool. The wife thinks they look like nipple rings and look stupid.

So I'd like the forum to chime in and let her know what they think of hood pins on the Chevelle. yea or nay?

I've always hated the look of hood pins. I understand why they are there on certain cars, but never a fan.

Also good choice of car!

I always dreamed of owning a 70 SS454 in Hugger Orange.

Don't care for the hood pins. I do like Chevelle's, I used to own a 68" SS 396 4spd car.

If they are real, sure. If not...No.

They were cool then, but sadly they've became such a played out, pointless "mod" I hate seeing them most of the time. If they are OEM on the car, more power to it though.
