I'm torn between the reverse collar or the flat stick style. First first instinct was reverse collar to keep stock setup. BUT, I like the look at the flat stick style and it comes included with a white shift knob like I'm wanting. BUT, how aggressive is the reverse engagement on the flat stick...
They were cool then, but sadly they've became such a played out, pointless "mod" I hate seeing them most of the time. If they are OEM on the car, more power to it though.
This surely plays a role. When I was 21 all I wanted was loudest system I could put on my cars. With age your tastes change. I've come to realize the statement my father always says has some worth "Noise, does not always equal power".
Oh, I'm 39 btw. :D
That's how my Corsa is on my Dodge, and on my last Mustang. Glad to hear its a more civil system. Sadly, all the ones I've heard are the extreme systems which are well.... extreme, lol.
Yes, I have two friends who have them.
Butthurt much? Everyone can't like the same things BTW. One thing I do prefer using capital letters, punctuation, proper spelling and usage of full words in sentences though. :D
I do like them. Been digging the AWE stuff lately too.
Its a shame the Corsa is soooooooo, YEAH. Always been a big Corsa fan, I've had it on multiple of my cars. Still do on my Dodge. But, I'm far from a fan of it on S550 cars. I wouldn't put Corsa on my S550 if I was given a system. Maybe I'm just getting old, lol.
Bump, not 100% the smell is convertors with mine being close to the below described smell. As mentioned above I've owned many many cars and never once had such smell after hard acceleration.
