SVT or anyone know if I can get one for my car just for collector purposes?

My dealer does not have one for it and his intake guy said it did not have one. I assume, as the name implies, it came on the car during shipment. They have not opened the trunk pack. Thanks

If you have an le, it came on it and someone is lying.

I'm not sure. Try eBay. But, I wouldn't waste too much time unless you want it for collectibility. It's worth nothing as a daily cover.

Don't know why anyone would lie about a cheap cover. I trust the guy I bought it from. But for well over $2,000 under MSRP and 4.6 miles sitting on a showro0m floor with plastic on it, I guess I can do without it.

we really need to keep this topic going and help lost / mis-placed covers make their way home to their rightful owners. There is a FB string on the Mustang 50th Anniversary Limited Edition page - where a few more have been found.

I agree with you. What we really need is someone with a strong Ford contact to lobby Ford to make sure covers are re-produced for owners who lack themand that signed pictures and all welcoming kits go out in a timely manner. I don't have such a conection, although my dealeer tells nme he is trying.

Meanwhile, :clap2: right here folks. Need any cover, but especially number 1750 and a signed photo.

I should add I know the covers are no great cover from a quality perspective, and if one wants a cover he should order a good one (which I have). But for completenness and collector purposes I would like what was to come with the Stang.

As an update, I spoke to Ford's Customer Replations Department through email. This is what I was told:

The Car Cover and Photo are not included in the Welcome Package, this is something that is sent out separately. You should be receiving the Welcome Package very shortly. The Car Cover and Photo can take a couple months to receive if it was not available at the time you take possession of your new vehicle. This is what is sent out after a certain amount of vehicles have been sold.
I did check with my specialist and this is how the information is sent to our customers.
I hope this correct, but it does not seem anyoneelse is receiving theirs this way.
