If I had an S197 or no Mustang and wanted to get into a new one, I’d buy a premium S650 GT with no regrets. I am not at the point where I’d trade my S550 for one though
For what the premium 650 GT runs, I would rather pick up a low mileage Mach1.

The more and more I see the 650 the more and more I'm glad I went with the 550. It's too bad that the GT/CS lost the PP parts unless you opt for the PP. It was great that then 550 GT/CS got the PP aero and chassis support parts. It put them right between a PP and base GT, and not just being a decal edition.

Just some edits post dropping into a nice photo spot this morning in Downtown Naperville. Got more in the pipeline, will probably post my favorite edit into the April Photo Comp when that thread opens up.

Just counting the days until summer tires go back on now.

Yeah temporarily using my parent's place in the suburbs as home base while I'm helping out at Chicago Assembly.

That said, damn forgot how bad I94 was in terms of road quality lol

Yeah, be careful. There’s some car eaters around here for sure.

Wish you told me that before a rock chipped my hood (thankfully it was small and I was able to use touch up paint). That said I think it's pushed me to do eventually do a cervini's cobra r hood (against better judgement).

Yeah I’ve got a couple tiny chips in my hood too. I’ve got a Ford touch up pen, just need to do it. It’s so hard to blend the touch ups though. No matter how good you do it, you can always see them. At least I can anyway

If you got the real small ones, you can blend them in pretty decently, its when you get the larger craters it gets a lot more difficult, fucked up on my front fender on one of those lol

Hey y'all,

I have '17 GT/CS and y'all no doubt know that '15 & '17 did not come with them side scoops unlike '18 and up. Anyway, I been considering adding them for awhile now, but can't decide whether I should go for it or not. Ford sell them for $160 prepainted.

I really appreciate your opinion and thoughts as I can't make up my mind.

Personally I'd go without. I really like the 17 as it was from the factory. However, part of the allure of mustangs is customizing to your own personal tastes so you can't go wrong either way.
