Recently went from a wastegated setup on my Paxton to running just the 3.33 pulley with the stock intake. According to the maf it seems the stock intake isn't liking anything over 7000 and almost flat lining. Anyone have any issues with this? I know n/a it starts to drop off around 7000. Thinking I need to get a gt350 manifold or a boss.

Common issue, yes.. some have the issue some don't. Does seem to be tuner dependent. Search for more info on it, this issue has been beat more than a red headed stepchild #sorrysnowflakes

To answer your question, yes either manifolds will fix the issue regardless of tuner. Depends on how much you wan to spend and how much you want to cut as to which manifold is better. I run Boss because I didn't want to spend 600 more for similar results and I also don't mind cutting and hammering to make things fit.

Awesome, thanks for the response! Proabably end up going boss and just trimming the hood.

Have you looked into the Holley Sniper also? From what I've gathered it's much like the Boss as far as gains without cutting up the hood & ect.
Holley is a great choice as well! It also comes with 8an fuel rails and was my 1st choice until I got a ridiculously good deal on the boss. You do however need to get a fuel rail adaptor to use the stock line (~$80). So it ends up being closer to $600 all said and done.

I got the boss for sub $400 so it was a no brainer in the end for me.

Has anyone received one at this price legitimately? I see it being offered but it also seems sketchy with no pics or info. It's a different part number (M-9424-M52).

Hummmm, decisions, boss intake looks great and I don't mind cutting the hood a little. I've heard good and bad things about the holly intake, so I'm on the fence about it. Gt350 intake is pretty expensive compared to the boss around 480ish new.
