Best tune to get rid of rev hang?

I will get a lighter flywheel eventually.

It's not the flywheel, the throttle does not close when you lift your foot off the gas peddle. It is for emissions so I don't know if any tuners will remove it anymore.

I meant that a lighter flywheel will reduce how much the rev hang is felt since it cant be removed

Rev hang makes it way easier to get into gear IMO.
