Apollo Edition Spoiler?

Anyone know the manufacture of the Apollo spoiler? I searched the forum(s) and can't find any info about it. Kinda reminds me of the old twin turbo Supra.

I forget the manufacturer, but it is not an OEM gt350r spoiler, cuz its all carbon fiber.
