Ok....that makes more sense now. I have a 3.50" blower pulley with the 20% damper, hoping for 15-16lbs.
Should make more than that. Whipple says ~13 with stock diameter damper and ~18.5 with 20% OD damper.

No sir. Went down to the 3.0. That gave me 18ish psi at 8k. Which then gave me 4 bent rods and broken oil ring on piston number #2. :headbonk:

Did a thread on it. I'll dig it up when I get home.

Ah yeah. I did see that. Didn't connect the dots between the 2 threads. Hope it works out for you. GL with the rebuild.

I ended up going with 3.75" upper with the 20% lower, it makes just under 17lbs. on my Nguage with the Ztronix plumbed in.

That sounds right. These are the numbers I got from Whipple.

Pulley Size | Stock Balancer (6.55”) | ATI 20% OD (7.88”)
3 | 17 | 22
3.125 | 16 | 21
3.25 | 15 | 20
3.375 | 14 | 19.5
3.5 | 13 | 18.5
3.625 | 12 | 17.5
3.75 | 11 | 16.5
3.875 | 10 | 15.5
4 | 9 | 14.5

At what Rpm are this at? With my 3.0 and standard lower with headers I was just under 18psi @ 8k.

I don't know. I'd guess 7200 or 7600 RPM (not sure where their tune red lines).
