Or Americans, but I assume your fuel is better.

The beefcake special stage 1. It says 800+hp and 9 second ish quarter mile. I assume that's on e85 though. What can I expect for a poor canadian who can only get 94 (people say not true 94) or 91 octane in terms of HP and quarter mile for a 2015 mustang gt non pp. And also just buying the somewhat bare basics for the supercharger. Not sure what else I "need" to add to the kit.

Only mods are h pipe and axleback.

Paxton with a 3.6 pulley on 91-94 and no other mods should make 550-600 I'm guessing. If you add an 18 manifold and some cat deletes or headers, you should break into the 600s.

If it's an auto, you could run high 10s with that setup.

E85, Boss or 18+ intake manifold, headers, and a 3.33 pulley should put you close to 800s, if not more. That'll be good for a 9 second pass in an auto. Keep in mind they'll probably also need a bunch of supporting mods to also back up those passes like a converter, drag setup, driveshaft/halfshafts, etc.

Is that bhp or whp?

Any idea about the stage 2 actually? That one is great bang for buck. Beefcake reminded me of it in another post.

WHP

I'm not sure what the difference is between the stage 1 and 2.
