Another AdvanceTrac service light on

Took it to the dealer and they were not able to fix the issue. They were not able to flash tune the car and are blaming my Bama tuner for the issue. The ABS is working. As you can see from the picture my car thinks it is in motion while it is completely stopped. Anyone have any ideas? Should I just try a different dealer(KY)?

Update

The car is fixed. The tech working on mu car this time seemed to know what he was doing. The ABS module and ECU were not "talking" to each other. He reprogrammed all the modules and everything is working now.
Possible root cause:
Aftermarket tuner
Dead battery
