At that price could be worthwhile, however by the time it's on UK soil...

Soppy tarts, lol... :D

Be a shade under ÂŁ300 by the time it landed here I reckon.

Not TOO shabby considering it's for the wheel and all the other gubbins.

I would've thought it might be something that UK dealers would be able to offer...eventually.

Thanks for the link.

Its another of those 'Special Ford' issues that makes me think they dont develop things quite as well as some. The car is great, but why not make a spare that fits all versions?

I considered it my forum duty to pass it on to the soppy tarts in here as I know the question usually comes up when a new soppy tart joins the forum and I happened to be looking at the Levittown forum as I'm looking to buy a non-soppy tart item.

Talking of Levittown can you get the checkout to work, as I can't on my phone

Anything that doesn't make the car go faster, look faster, or improve your contact with it.

Safety and sensible items, whilst safe and sensible, are covered under the "Soppy Tart items" section of the website.

:D

ETA: also, an Ecoboost.

Waiting on Benny to get me a quote for my item+shipping so haven't tried it yet although IIRC I had to pay them with Paypal directly last time as their site doesn't like dealing with us in the UK as regards shipping.

Soppy tart; or Martini man. I go soppy tart (who makes it home when he gets a flat) ;)

I've thought of a serious question...
I've yet to buy a low profile trolley jack to save me rolling up onto blocks of wood when I want to jack the front. Would a standard scissor jack fit under a lowered car? Can you get one low enough? Would you have to carry your low-profile trolley jack negating the benefit of having a spare that fitted in the wheel well?
In that case you'd be as well buying a full size wheel, whichever it is that fits front and back.

OK, three questions...

Lightweight.

This is how a REAL driver gets, and gets home with a flat...
