Mine is going to be up there, I'm guessing near the end of Mach 1 production. It has a build date of 3/28/23. When it gets here from south Texas and I actually see it in person, I'll let you all know what the chassis number is.

How do you know your exact build date?
Look on your actual window sticker, there is a 13 digit numerical code on the bottom right and there is the build date in that code. The code on mine is 1202303280785. If you look closely, there is a date code hidden there, it would be 2023-03-28 in this case.

Look about a quarter of the way in from the bottom right corner

Don't know exactly when ford started doing this, or how they determine what vehicles get it. my 21 explorer had this code on the sticker, and so did the 18 explorer, but my wifes 20 edge did not, and neither does her 23 bronco sport. My 17 does have the code and it matches the build date on the etis report.

That is only 20 a day. If you look at what they could actually build it is not
A high number

This is pretty high chassis# considering they produced all of them up to yours, it would seem that Ford has been cranking the last Mach 1s this year fastest from all 3 production years.
I may not have the correct build date, looking at couple of the other ones listed above with lower chassis number and later dates??

How late in the year(2023) will they continue to build these with the anticipation of a new body style and the dark horse coming out?? Iā€™m thinking that will possibly keep ā€˜23 production numbers low.

I saw this at Facebook, supposedly from an assembly worker. But one guy supposedly has P3085. So around 3100 made in 2023. ~15600 made total for the whole world.

Mine is P2865 and was delivered to the dealer in Athens, GA on 4-19-23. I picked it up with 7 miles on it the next day.

I have zip idea how to find the build/blend date but if anyone is interested and can tell me specifically how and where to find and decode it Iā€™ll be happy to look on the sticker and post it.

Edit: based on post #20 by @IBleedFordBlue, mine was built 3-30-23. This might help him project what range his chassis number will fall in given it was built 3-28-23. Interestingly our two cars are identical right down to the color except he has the red calipers and I have the full vehicle cover. Iā€™d trade!

BTW itā€˜s a beautiful car and Iā€™m as happy as one can be at the 200 mile mark.

What I meant was there were around 6500 Mach 1s produced each year before, while here they made one third of that number in two months - year quarter.

My guess, the supply chain issues kept the numbers low in 21 and 22. If the Mach 1's were built before 2020 they probably would have built triple that number or more. Now that the supply chain is better, they would probably make 10 to 12K 23's if they had a full production year.

I think I'll keep mine. Getting a cover after the fact is a lot cheaper than getting red calipers after the car is built.

For sure.

I meant trade the cover for the calipers, not cars. Just carrying on. No way I would have bit on the cover but for some reason it was there. Itā€™ll never come out of the box and Iā€™ll likely liquidate it at some point when I get motivated. Too lazy to fool with it right now.
