My thoughts exactly.I'm looking forward to seeing Orange Fury on the S550. Sure, it doesn't look great on that Explorer......but those are old photos and any colour would struggle to look good on that year of Explorer
I do like Competition Orange (especially as it's a classic Mustang colour) but it is a very "red" orange. Orange Fury is definitely an orange orange :headbonk:
Here's another perspective in the sunlight According to this source it was only offered on the 2007/2008 Explorer and Explorer Sport Trac. Why is the old explorer the only example of Orange fury available. Are we really sure that's it if so, did ford produce a 1 of 1 in that color

Bit of a confusing article there. I know very little about the current truck engines (obviously, we don't get those in Europe). That article doesn't state if the new engine will be a V8 or V10.......although it does state the existing 6.8 is a V10.
It's a V8...for Super-Duty trucks in 2020 but may find its way into the top-dog Stang in 2019...the 50th anniversary of the Boss 429.Bit of a confusing article there. It is interesting that they call it a "global 7.0 litre engine program". Global??
Anyway, if it's a V10 I'm guess that isn't going to fit into S550 nor, I expect, S650 (plus I'm not a massive fan of the sound of V10 engines). And for it to be a Boss, only a V8 would do. Although a hi-tech Boss 429 V8 would do very nicely
