It is limited by wind resistance.

V2 / V1 = (P2 / P1) ^^1/3
V2 = V1((P2 / P1) ^^1/3)
= 155 ((460/435)^^1/3)
= 157.9 mph
It has been said that the 2018 is more aerodynamic due to the lower hood, so that doesn't work. Different drag coefficient, which we don't know. Also, the 2017 is electronically limited to 155, which I bet the 2018 will be also. So, 155.

Clearly you missed the point that a 5.8% increase in power yields only a 1.8% increase in velocity. Oh, and I thought the constraint that all other factors were constant was implied.

I also did not assume that the topic assumes speed limiting. That would either make the OP's topic superfluous or a trick question.

That is correct, because it is electronically limited.

My 2014 is capable of 200 mph with 662 hp. I'm sure the 2018 will be the most aerodynamic Mustang to date.

At that time I was making~360hp to the wheels, Mods were Intake, inter cooler, tune and wheels, that's it!

You can see my Mods list and rest assured, the car is much faster now.

Stuck at 150 until it is tuned and the limiter comes off. That is 6800 in 4th gear so I would think there is a good bit left in it.
