2018 Ecoboost Cobb Accessport

The gentleman I spoke to said that old accessports would work all we would need to do is download the software update onto it to display the 18 OTS files. So AP-FOR-03 same as the 15-17s.

Hopefully its released by next week so everything is confirmed.

That would be awesome... I might be getting the 2018 EB this weekend. I was going to sell my accessport, but if this the case, I rather not, so I can go directly and tune the car once I start modding.

Yeah, that's what I was told over the phone by the Cobb guy I spoke to. I would call them yourself just to confirm to be sure maybe they even give you an exact date of release.

I think we just need to wait for final releases and news updates. I am asking my tuner what the plan is for the platform and trying to get more insights. If I get some light, I'll share.

Tune+ Adam Brunson comments were, "Cobb said any week now, so hopefully this week they release the 18 support. We will see. The Accessport will be the same, AP3-FOR-003"

I bought mine used at the time. Paid like $350. Make sure if you buy one used that it is unmarried. Some idiots like to mess around and sell it married to their cars and it won't work.

Yeah I'm aware of that caviat, I used to have a Mazdaspeed6 with an AP and some other aftermarket stufff.

I've seen the more savvy sellers take a picture of the unmarried screen of the ap.
