I ordered a Ruby Red GT Premium w/ auto, 3.55, and black package on 3/29/17. I called and changed the color to Triple Yellow on 4/1. the salesman told me that Ford had already pulled the order, but he would reach out to the district rep and see what could be done. On 4/5, he called me back and said that they were able to make the color change. It arrived on 5/3/17 and I took delivery on 5/5/17.

Does anyone read the vibration Thread?

Yes I have and it effects a percentage of Mustang GT owners

55.56% Don't have a problem - Overall
18.68% Have the problem - V8 MT
12.09% Have the problem - V8 Auto

Include all Mustang models and the percentages are higher. Everyone I drove vibrates and at one point 3 out of 4 stangs from my dealers stock had this unfix-able defect. Also Ford says its a characteristic of the car, so buyers should expect it to have this drive line vibration The percentages are higher than you think. Good Luck!

Haven't noticed it yet in mine. Fit and finish on my car is better than some of the 15s I've seen. Quite possible other improvements have been made on the production run.

Normally have these issues ironed out already. I am sure Ford was aware of the problem and corrected it on the assembly line / production of all drive shafts.
That is why you buy a end of production series of any model car. The 2018's might not have the same issues of the 2015-2016 Mustangs, but the are going to have all new ones. ;)

That's just the way things are - nothing is perfect, humans make mistakes. :(

Well at least I got an answer from my dealer today. and it seems that after July 4th it will be my Independence Day. :cheers: :lol:

COTUS was way off on my order. Came a lot faster.


My body panels are aligned for any one wondering. No driveshaft vibration either.

Glad to hear that and also about the driveshaft vibration, for all the negative people out there. Like I said I am sure Ford addressed this issue long ago.

I'm still in the shock factor with it, lol. Yes, I absolutely love it. The weather is supposed to be rainy here the next few days. I'll probably get my Steeda jacking rails, UPR catch can, Steeda clutch spring on tonight.

May put on the Corsa Sport tonight as well if there is time, if not tomorrow.
