They mention a lack of steering feel for the standard GT350 on the street. Bummer. But I guess that is to be expected with electric power steering these days.

That's surprising considering the base car (GT/EB/V6) has pretty decent feedback. It's no 997 GT3, but it tells you what's going on.

It's all a factor when you are talking these kinds of laptimes. That said you don't put down low 1.30's (if true) at LS without more than just sticky tires. That's almost supercar territory the z28 can't come close to touching that.

This. I got so sick and tired about journalists raving about the Z/28 when the vast majority of its performance came from 305-square Trofeo-fucking-Rs. :lol:
