2016 never titled for sale, can this be true?

I have been in search of a GT350 for a little while and came across this one for sale. Could there be something wrong with it, or is it truly a car that was never sold from 2016. would warranty be from purchase still for 3/36k? I will daily drive mine so race red is a little too flashy but if someone is interested looks like a great deal given people are selling used ones with 5-10k miles for same price.

It’s possible for the car to have never been titled. Happens all the time but not many people know how to make that work.

No. The car can be bought in lieu of “titling”.

I posted the same one in the lead section not knowing it had that many miles on it. Would be a good negotiating tool to get a good price if one were so inclined. In my obsessive searching of autotrader, cargurus, etc i have also run across a dealership that had 2 2015s listed for sale but seemed way to fishy to look further

As Demonic said, it's got almost 9,000 miles. I say, it's a used car, titled or not. Offer them $47,000 plus ttt

Maybe the dealer owner drove it on the weekends, ford exec car.... who knows. There are many reasons a car can have so many miles and never been titled.

I think its safe to say that along with the mystery is how the car was cared for. Its just me, but I wouldn't touch it.

Yes, base-model 2016MY GT350's came equpped with Recaro's. However, looking at the ad, you have the damper-adjust button on the steering wheel. Therefore, this car is a 2016MY Track Pack.

Based on the rear wing this is no base car but suggest a Track Pack car with the MSRP being $57,000 as you mentioned.

I say It is worth less than a similar mileage used GT350. When the mileage comes up in carfax for the next buyer. It is a yellow (not quite red) flag. You still need to explain it (but you might not even get a chance to explain it). Could be a good story, but most buyer won’t bother
