21.9 average over 12k miles gtpp stock 50/50 driving, the mpg between the 5.0 and ecoboost is negligable at best 1 maybe 2 mgp difference. So i see no real benefit unless price is concerned or you just like 4 cylinder turbos.

I never turn off traction control or do burn outs though :p
I just find it extremely hard to believe someone averages 30+ unless they're literally cruising 55 mph on the right lane of a freeway

Rereading op it might hint that he got 31 while resetting his counter while already cruising at high speed
Negative.

I reset it while sitting in my driveway. Took the picture when I parked at work.

Lifetime average on my GT is 20.9 (over 57K miles now). 3.31 gears, manual, mostly highway generally cruise in the mid 80s if conditions permit.

I'm getting slightly over 19 mpg with my GT350. That includes a track day with fuel economy in the single digits and some longer trips where I got somewhere in the low 20s on the highway. Just over 15,000 miles on the car. I've been pleasantly surprised, the fuel economy is about the same as I was getting in my 2015 GT with similar driving habits.

You should immediately relinquish ownership of your GT350. . .

I think there's a bigger gap than that between the GT and EB lol.

I think it's quite possible to get 30MPG if you're driving mostly highway. I drive like 95% city, and I'm at 18.8MPG.

Try cruising at like 65 mph instead of 80. Everyone will look at you stupid, but you'll get sick MPG!

I don't know about that. I drive 90-95% hwy and I'm usually around 19.5-20

My best ever mpg was a trip from the Detroit area to Chicago in the spring of 2015. I got 30.1 mpg. This was at 72-75 mph for the entire trip. I frequently get 26+ mpg on highway trips without trying, particularly once it's warmer outside and on summer blend gas.

I'm getting 21.4 mpg with 50/50 city/highway with almost 7k miles, auto, 3.55 gears, and only mod is a Roush axleback with a x-pipe

I guess the heavy PP wheels also play a role as well... :tsk:
