I picked up a stock catback GT exhaust from a local member this afternoon. I haven't had my Mustang for the past week, its getting a clear bra and Ceramic Pro put on it, and will be done Monday. Too bad really, this doesn't look like it'll be too hard to bolt up and today was a cool 55 degree day.

I don't think I'll have back pressure issues with the pipes going from 2.25" to the GTs 2.5" after the resonator. I'm unsure, but I believe this should bolt up to the cats without any modification.

The Borla S-type does indeed sound really nice.

But if I ever decide to go Borla (more than likely) it'll be the Touring. But all three Borla catbacks sound great.

I saw a few pages ago with a 2011 setup with bbk Lt and a cat x pipe, and I'm curious to what axle back I should go with. I want loud, and I'm also curious what sound and performance difference the shorties and Lt make. I know borla make headers just haven't looked to see if they have started production on our model yet.

I am just sharing video of stock exhaust on my stang. Just got the Borla Stingers axle back installed on my car yesterday will make a video and upload it at earliest.

Is that the axle back for the ecoboost? Just wondering how is the crackle/burble when decelerating and lifting off the gas?

Well I think its same diameter 2.25 piping after axle so I think it should fit for both ecoboost as well as V6. Mine is a V6.

Hell ya you get good amount of crackles in 1,2,3,4 gears during declaration and yeah the burble has significantly improved after BBK shorties.

I should be doing sound clip this weekend.

What kind of mufflers are you running ? your sig says custom, Did you build them personally ?

they are magnaflow 4x9x14, welded into the stock piping, with quad tips
