well, hows the sounds compare?
It actually is pretty comparable! The idle is a-little quieter then the LTs (due to the high flow vs OEM cats) but retains the same deep note! Once I get above 3k is were the sound really starts to change inside. I get a more defined exhaust note and overall the sound is just more "refined" then the LTs.

Can't really comment on that tell I get the new tune.... The difference between the stock tune and the BAMA is pretty significant currently.

Got my tune! Initial impressions.....

Holy S**t this thing has was more low end then I was expecting! I can now burn through tires from a dead stop well into 2nd gear! Something that the LTs only managed for about 75% of first. All that low end power though doesn't do much for top end. I did loose power up top but it doesn't feel drastic by any means. Also a thing to note here is that this is a 91 tune instead of 93, I just flashed the tune, and it is the first revision. If history repeats itself then when I complete the datalogging process and get a rev 2 tune I should gain some more top end.

Thats good news. Alot of guys talk crap about the shorties, but they help our motors where they need it the most

you don't per say, but I didn't notice any gains with mine until the tune was adjusted for it. could have just been the tune I was running though

Typically shorty headers do not require a tune, but these cars really benefit from exhaust mods. We suggest setting up a datalog with us
