Look at the shadows, we are looking at the insides of the 1/4 panels. I made the same mistake but edited my post once I realized.

Thank god for modular panels, these could be Hydro-formed. Probably almost as thin as the roof panel and almost as light.

I would guess stamped like the current ones. I thought I read somewhere there was hydroforming on other strength-bearing parts (pan rails).

It was a process for UHSS... With panel gauges now reaching 30, they are gonna need a cold stamping process soon.

The current Fusion has .065mm roof panels... That's 24 gauge steel. A cold process is needed soon... Or go Alumium.

Any idea where these originated? Are they shipping from Mexico to Flat Rock or somewhere in the US?
If they came from the pilot plant, that is in Allen Park, MI, I believe.

They were stamped at either Pilot Plant or most likely here at G9W1A.
