So this is my car stock on ps4s. The DA was 2800. With some good air and a bit more time with this car I'm sure 11s would have been possible. With a 17 in radial I'm confident 11.7s would have been accomplished

I'll never find out the limit of the car stock. E85 and a DR should get you to an 11.5 with good DA and proper track prep with some practice.

It's gotta be or weight. Or launch RPM.
I'm 3500# launching at 4k RPM best was a bottom 11. Average mid 11's. 91 octane w/ octanium, 3.73's, no LTH, and some other bolt-ons.

Those 10R80 cars always post up some impressive ETs and mph. It’s crazy how they can trap 10+ mph faster than a manual with the same exact mods.

I’m not so sure that E85 and headers are necessary, but would definitely be good to have for max effort.

My car is a manual and it put down 469 rwhp/434 rwtq on the dyno with E85, LTHs, x-pipe, and PMAS CAI. Here are my time slips from a few 1/4 mile hits before clutch issues surfaced.

Maybe just E85 no headers

I live on long Island so occasionally I go out to Calverton to the old Grumman airport and do a 1/4 mile run on the old runways. Best for me was 12.8 @ 115 well the other day I did 12.3 at 117 I picked up a .5 on my 60 ft time although my 0 to 60 time was still 4.5 what gives. Anyway I'm happy as hell dropping .5 from my 1/4 time. It's a significant improvement.
I just wanted to thank all you guys who commented on the success I had in lowering my 1/4 mile time it makes it more fun when you guys share it with me. I've been in the hospital the last few weeks with pneumonia and you guys sharing your times and your thoughts made it feel like you were in the car with me. Thank you so much. It was getting lonely here and you guys definitely cheered me up. You guys on this forum are the best thanks.

I had nitto nt05 I find the Conti Extreme hook better but maybe my driving has improved and that's why I find the Conti's to be better. Looking at the Nitto you would think they would be better off the line a lot less tread a lot more slick surface. U think having a bad ass Looking tire would be faster 😆 lol
Funny thing the Nitto nt05 were 305 and the Conti Extreme 285

Wider doesn’t always mean more forward grip on the street. Tread design, and compound is more important. Going wider than 285 will usually only improve cornering with a street tire.
