PapaBearOB Paxton build thread

So figured I should start a build thread (probably a little late in) just to show some of the things I've done so far. Had to do a few one off things as some of my mods didn't bolt on with others so here is a list so far:

Exterior:
Roush front fascia
Roush rear spoiler
Painted black roof
Premium rear bumper (still need to install)
Roush quad tip valance (still need to install
Roush hood vents

Suspension:
Eibach sportline lowering springs
BMR cradle lock out kit

Wheels and tires:
Verde Axis wheels 20x9 front 20x10.5 rear
Nitto nt555 275/35r20 front
Nitto nt555r 305/35r20 rear

Engine:
Paxton supercharger
Custom Tial BOV (needed to custom weld to work with roush front fascia as the factory Paxton BOV mount will not work)
3.6" Pulley
Comp stage 2 blower cams
boss 302r primary tensioners
Boundary oil pump gears
TSS timing gear
ID1000 injectors
Holley Hi Ram intake manifold
Gibson exhaust
Stainless Power Long tube headers 1 7/8"
JLT intake for Paxton
UPR oil catchcans with custom air box mount
NGK 1 step colder plugs

Drivetrain:
Steeda clutch line
MGW race spec / X spec shifter
Mcleod twin disk RXT clutch
Mcleod lightened steel flywheel

Currently in progress:

Magnaflow mufflers with custom tips as I will be making my own quad tip exhaust setup to work with the new Roush valance



I have done all the work on the car myself and ran in to a lot of random times where I needed to do some custom modifications which is cool as it made it more one off. I also do a ton of work on other mustangs in my area so I'm always running in to something random. Feel free to leave any comments or questions for me!

If I had to guess, I'd say they are Verde Axis V99 / Velgen vmb5s in a dark bronze finish on a fairly staggered setup. Pretty dope setup.

Sorry I'll post it up on the first post but they are Verde Axis 20x9 front and 20x10.5 rear on nitto nt555 275/35r20 front and nitto nt555r 305/35r20 rear

Great looking car and mods! I may have missed it, but any idea what kind of power you have now with the SC? The stance and wheel & tire combo are perfect!

I should be at about 650 wheel on 91 octane once i get the intake and go catless on the new tune. And thank you!

Haha! It's actually off now. These photos were when David was still there lol

update: got the new steeda short throw shifter and delrin black collar on with the black knob and also the steeda stainless steel brake line. I can say the steeda shifter is way better than the boomba. One of the biggest differences I noticed is since the boomba only lowers the physical height it doesn't technically shorten the throw at the linkage so when in the bottom gears (2, 4, 6) it is really close to the shifter surround. I like how the steeda shifter is actually a shortened throw at the linkage and actually sits a little higher so the distance of throw is shorter yet its high enough to have a more comfortable shift especially when getting on it

The clutch line upgrade is a must have if you are boosted. I ended up getting it because after getting on it a few times I ended up hitting lock out and feeling like the clutch was a little spongy and it took about 15 mins of driving before it felt ok again and I could actually get on it with out hitting high rpm lock out. I did also notice an improved feel even when driving the car normally as well which was an added bonus and i have fully tested it as well by getting on it over and over and it still felt great. Definitely a must for any of you boosted owners or even any one looking to have a more positive clutch engagement especially at high RPMs. I will post up pics soon as well on the OP.
