We have just finished the Single Valve Catch Can with Clean Side Separator for the 2015 Mustang GT's that run the VMP, ROUSH, or Ford Performance Superchargers.

Their is no cutting, splicing or anything to install this system!

Here is a TVS Supercharged installed by our friends over at VMP Tuning.

First thing we did was remove the Passenger side hose that connect to the back / bottom of the blower. You can see with only a few days worth of life, she already was having oil suck into the blower

What we did was instead of removing the line to the back of the blower, we blocked it off with a fitting and cap. This way you can keep it if you ever go back to factory with a simple re-install.

We tucked it out of the way and zipped tied it where you cannot even notice

Once this was complete, we started with the driver side hose. We have created a clean side separator which will keep any oil or contaminates from blowing into the intake tube and puddling up at the throttle body. As you can see, this is a simple swap.

Once this is completed, we started on the passenger side which we used our single valve catch can that mounts next to the radiator. With the supplied bracket and bolt, we mounted it to the frame.

Once the can is mounted, Run the line from the valve cover to the top of the can and the other line from the side of the can to the back of the blower.

*** YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE THE ARROW ON THE CHECK VALVE IS POINTING TOWARDS THE BLOWER ***

Then your done! This should not take more then 30minutes to install. I would start the vehicle and double check your install. Make sure everything is tight and connected properly.

This system will be on the website here shortly and pricing will be starting at $319.99 (Satin)

If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 561-588-6630

Thanks!!

Thanks again, Steve. The install on this setup was very simple, and it looks incredibly clean. Well done!

Nice Job, I can't wait to get Joe's car going, and then I KNOW you will be next.

UPR, for the passenger side with the check valve.

Once the car is in boost then the valve cover cannot vent cause of the check valve? Effectively closing the circuit while under boost?

Isn't this when the PCV needs to vent with the crankcase is under the most pressure?

I am just asking questions.

Steve- would be interested to see your response to Z06psi. Thx.

Also, is the attachment on the driver's side just a check valve or does that piece collect oil? If the latter, how is it emptied?

Shoot me a call as it's easier for me to explain. 561-588-6630 But in short terms, you want to close off the extra pressure that would be gonig into the blower. Cars are seeing more vacuum with this which is better for the motor.

The driver side pushes air and does not work on a vacuum like the passenger side. The CSS will keep the oil from going into the intake tube.

Answer: Below

z06psi Question: Once the car is in boost then the valve cover cannot vent cause of the check valve?

Answer: The top of the Blower is always under vacuum because
it is above the rotors the same as a procharger on the cold side
of the blower. On the top mount blowers you will always have
good scavenging because the top is the cold side.

z06psi Question: Effectively closing the circuit while under boost?

Answer: The circuit will only close when you are on and off the
throttle for a few seconds between throttle positions as the check
valve does not function the same on top mount blowers since they
are not under positive pressure at the source of vacuum when
in or out of boost.

z06psi Question: Isn't this when the PCV needs to vent with the crankcase is under the most pressure?

Answer: This is when the crankcase is under the most pressure
but the design of the top mount system also eliminates the need
for a Dual Valve because there is always vacuum present at every
throttle position.

z06psi Question: I am just asking questions.

Answer: I'm glad you asked so everyone understands the difference
between what is referred to as the Top Mount, Roots and Positive
Displacement blower VS. the centrifugal front mount supercharger.

This is what we have been working on matching all the UPR Catch Can Systems to the Exact Application.

Thanks Joe. I know my system is different and I am trying to work through my PCV setup as well.
