Are there any harness mounts available for the s550 yet? I'll eventually get a cage, but I want something for the time being.

No, but I ordered the Corbeau 3-point retractable harnesses to replace my OEM belts. There's a anchor point on the rear deck that I'll be using.

Are there any harnesses that clip into the factory latch points in the back? Or are those not strong enough?

It's dangerous to use a harness without a Hans Device though according to the HPDE's I attend and it makes sense why. I'd be very careful using a harness in anything faster than autoX.

I used the factory latch points, but ended up pulling mine back out. They didn't quite function like I wanted them to.

Which latch points? The only mounting points in the rear that I would attach a harness to (absent a bar obviously) are the rear adult seatbelt mounting points. Those are the only places with enough strength to survive a crash and properly restrain you with a harness. You'll notice that the rear upper seatbelt mounting point is nothing more than a re-direct and the reel is mounted down low.

Schroth does have a "Quick Fit" 4 point harness for the 2015 Mustangs, FWIW. It uses their "Anti-Submarine" technology and is DOT approved for street use.

I guess I'll see how the stock belt works first and go from there

I actually used the OEM retractors in the back seat at the stock mounting point. Unfortunately, they don't hold enough tension on the belt.

Still no harness bar developed for our car? Anyone in the works? We need more points and belts haha. tracking is hurting my knees.

Any complaints or concerns to this point with the Scroth system that xXANCHORMONXx has?

If that is what will be avialbale I will get it sooner than later. Figured an easily bolted in Harness bar would be best. shoot
