Installed hood pins

Hey guys just wanted to show some pics of some scot drake hood pins I installed yesterday

unless it does 200mph+ around talladega, why?

You better have a supercharger, nos or twin turbo under that hood.And don't forget the led lighting!

That's why I did it. I like the retro look my first mustang was a 69 almost the same color with hood pins so I felt like I had to do it

They better be real at least as long as you like them that's all that matters. To me with the redesign don't think it works well unless it's a aftermarket hood then they are almost required lol

Yes they are real not stickers. I was sweating bullets drilling into my hood. Measure 10 times before I drilled

Scot drake 05-09 mustang stainless hood pins

What's the purpose of hood pins? In case the hood flies open you have metal lanyards to hold it in place?

I went with the 05-09 mustang hood pins because of the brackets it came with. I tried to Google 2015 mustang hood pins but couldn't find anything. Took a gamble and I think it paid off. Like I said I like that retro look

Hood looks just a little busy to me with the pins, stripes, vents, and scoop.

However, super pumped for you to have pulled this off!

I think I agree with you being too busy the vents are plasti-dip I will be peeling it off tomorrow.
