I'm biased because I have this setup, but the retro catback sounds so old school that I feel there is nothing better. I do get some drone, as mentioned, around 60 mph in 6th at around 2k RPMs.....once I get to 70MPH it's gone. If needed a quick downshift to 5th eliminates it completely...
I was just going to mention this and did it yesterday. Took an alternate route that has jersey barriers in the middle of the road in which I ride that lane just to hear the sound reverberate off the concrete :headbang:
Most certainly never gets old.
Just started in on mine. Coolant tank cover should be here in a day to rid myself of that awful eyesore. Looking at powder coating the strut bar back with yellow inset beneath the GT plaque.
Just a local detail shop in my area. The shop is in Westfield NJ called Prestige Auto Care. I'm sure any paint/detail shop in your area would be able to do the same.
Thanks. I want to lower the car but the roads in NJ are SO bad that I really don't think the risk is worth it. I have a carbon fiber front spoiler and side skirts that are so brittle and fragile. I've already had a 2 second mishap with the front spoiler that cost me $500 to replace. All it...
Sure thing. Tires are 19x8.5 up front and 19x10 in the back. The standard shitty PZeros that come stock on PP cars. Wheels are AM Shelby Super Snake replicas.
