What is a mean exhaust

What is a loud mean sounding exhaust for our v6's? I'm debating on wether to get the borla atak a little too much

There is a clip of the Borla ATAK cat back on youtube, you can find it in the exhaust thread here. I would definitely recommend browsing through that thread to get an idea of what different systems sound like, and hit up youtube as well. The only other catback I have seen is one from Gibson on LMR's site. No sound clips of that yet though. The cost difference between the two is significant.

Of course there are axle back system out there, but they require cutting into the stock system to fit. They are around $400-$700. Magnaflow, Roush and some others make them.

My Flowmaster American Thunder axleback (817748?) sounds awesome, but my wife HATES it. I may be taking it off soon,..... If the wife ain't happy, nobody's happy.

Haven't checked them out, but they sound perfect already haha

Still haven't pulled the trigger on an aftermarket exhaust yet...worried about DRONE still.

Ill have a video up later today of my setup with outlaw from flowmaster... its amazing;)

Russian, you ditched the magnaflows?

I am thinking about buying the Gibson but there aren't any soundclips yet.

I did drop the magnas... After an H-pipe was put in they sounded liek a honda civic having an orgasm... So they had to go

Borla ATAK.

I would buy the Borla Atak catback if I can get it somewhere for $1k.

I just bought the Borla Touring Cat Back today for $1020 from Maryland Speed (talk with Julie C.). She said the ATAK and S-Type would be the same price. Frank at RPM Outlet said he would match any price you can give hime for any of the Borlas. He said they really wanted the business from the "Mustang Guys".
