Same issue What I did was I extracted the folder then moved all the files inside the folder to the SD card. Then I followed the instructions and it worked.

I had it at first then I muted all the peeping and stuff and now I can't get it back. All I hear is my music will pause when there is supposed to be voice directions.

Only big issue I am having now is the navi has no voice which is not a big deal but I want to get it fixed I asked the seller and he is going to send me an update that might help. Do in standing by for that.

Yes that Same thing happened to me. I tried it all and nothing worked. Just ask for a refund and get another one. That's what I did. I got my new one installed already and it works fine execpt for the minor issues everyone has had. I need to figure out how to raise the volume on the navigation.

I had the same issue on mine. Nothing worked and trust me I tried it all. So finally I contacted the seller and got a return label and a full refund. I just received a brand new unit and it works great. It has all the updates and most of the issues are fixed.

I understand I want one of these units but not for $580 shipped. So I'm stuck with the tomtop unit. If you can get them and sell them for $400 and under then I'm in. I'm sure I can sell this tomtop unit later on.

Nope its pretty quick. I am waiting for a replacement and it should be here in a few days. I got mine on ebay and the screen was bad so they are sending me a replacement. If this one is bad im just going to get a refund and wait for this new unit to come out I hope its cheaper than $580 that is...

how did you get the mirror option to work. did you get all those different adapters? or just one.

I contacted the guy from the video and he offered it to me for $500. I'm thinking about it.
